•Respect and Sportsmanship: Treat all participants, staff, and equipment with respect. Harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior will result in immediate disqualification and removal.
•Health and Safety: Follow all venue safety protocols. Please maintain personal hygiene and be mindful of others' personal space.
•Media Release: By entering the event space, participants consent to being filmed or photographed for promotional purposes.
•Zero Tolerance Policy: Alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons are strictly prohibited on the premises.
•Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your own gear. Neither the organizers nor the venue are liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
•Food & Drink: Keep all liquids and food away from equipment to prevent accidental spills on hardware.
Gaming Rally & Tournament Rules
•Casual Free-Play: Stations are first-come, first-served. Please be mindful of others waiting — if staff asks you to wrap up, please follow instructions.
•Tournament Priority: Certain stations are prioritized for active tournament matches. Do not sit at or use stations marked with "Active Tournament" signage.
•Check-in for Competitors: If you are registered for Rocket league or Fifa tournament, you must check in with staff at the respective tournament area 5 min before start time. If you are not present when your name is called, you may face an automatic forfeit.
•Spectator Etiquette: Feel free to watch the tournaments! However, please stay behind the designated lines and avoid backseat gaming or distracting the competitors.
Game Workshop Guidelines
•BYOD (Bring Your Own Device): Ensure your laptop is fully charged and bring your power brick. We recommend having your software (e.g., Unity, Godot) pre-installed to save time. And testing the software, to make sure it runs on your device.
•Learning Mindset: This is a safe space for beginners! Do not be afraid to ask questions. If you get stuck, raise your hand and wait for an instructor to help you.
•Task Progression: Participants are encouraged to follow the provided task list. If you finish early, feel free to experiment or assist a neighbor (with their permission).
